He did his Circle Dance teacher training with Judy King in England and complemented his training taking part in many circle/sacred dance workshops & teacher’s trainings with well-known international teachers like, Nanni Kloke and Friedel Kloke-Eibl (Holland-Germany), Bethan and Stefan Freedman (UK), Gabriele Wosien Germany, and Esclermonde Tuk (Holland). He is facilitating dancing for more than 20 years.

 

He leads workshops of Circle Dance regularly in Slovenia and taught also in Portugal, Spain, France, Holland, Belgium, England and Croatia. He was a guest teacher for 5 years in the Sacred Dance School in Holland: “Stichting Opleiding” Nederlands directed by Esclarmonde Tuk and once also in “Saxion Hogesscholen” in Enschede(Holland) - University level school that has a program of dance therapy-.

"Ljubic" -Jordi Brito Corominas- has been dancing since his teens. He started dancing first with Folk Dance, Ballroom and Tap Dance. He did also Creative Dance (Laban) with Eric Tharmes from Belgium and had some physical training of Classic and Contemporary dance with Vicens Moles from Spain. In Barcelona, he was part of a group called Tabal that taught folk dance from different countries in the streets. He was also part of a Catalan folk dance group called Esbart Verdaguer. In these first years, he did dance always as a hobby while he was studying or working as a kindergarten and primary school teacher.

Then, he moved to England where he contacted first with Circle/Sacred dance. He taught in Brockwood Park School (founded by J. Krishnamurti) for 7 years.

In England, he danced regularly with Judy King and did her Circle Dance Teacher Training.

He continues developing his work with Circle Dance, combining & embracing other areas and techniques that can help people to feel more connected and whole.

This broad knowledge in dance together with a large experience teaching children, youngsters and adults make him a natural teacher with a very lively style. His way of teaching is energetic, humorous, and caters for all abilities with sensibility and joy.
