I call my approach to dance: "Dancing from the Heart". Dance can help us be more present in the here and now and raise our energy to reach our hearts. Dancing is a natural and joyous way to regain our wholeness, healing, and bringing together what we feel, think, and do. Circle dance is a celebration in a group of the integration of all our "lost parts". Dancing takes us "home".

In Circle Dance, we dance beautiful modern choreographies to many kinds of music from around the world, contemporary, ancient, sacred-religious, ethnic & classic, and also traditional dances from the Balkans, Greece, Israel, and other countries.

Our body is our “temple” and the dances are meditations embodied in beautiful music to a dance pattern with its symbolism and energy flow. Each dance is like a mirror. It reflects us a part of ourselves. They echo a different aspect of what it means to be human.

Dancing gives meaning to the movement so that we can choose the sense we want to give to our experiences and lives. Dancing is not doing mechanical movements.

Dancing helps us remember that we are co-creators of our own reality and reflections of God...
